We had three bids to upgrade the HVAC in our 1 1/2 story bungalow, and Shane was the only one to do load calcs, or even try to look in attic to see what we had for insulation (we were still wondering and with no attic access). He was a little hard on the drywall - he put in a bathroom fan for us, too - but installed a quality system, was creative in locating it in an old house, and was professional and helpful throughout the project.
